Service Description: This file contains polygons (vector format) that represent areas that subject to hillside development guidelines in Folsom, California. The features were derived from a map in the hillside development guidelines that was published on Feb 14, 1995, and the polygons are snapped with the city parcel map. It represent area with slope greater than 10%. Parcels within these areas are subject to hillside development and have to satisfy diffrerent building requirements.
